Breaking Political Stories and Commentary. "We're at the height of the Roman Empire for the Republican Party, but the tide slowly but surely goes out." --Republican US Senator Lindsey Graham, South Carolina

Here I am, drinking instant coffee and browsing the NY Times and Craig's list job listings. I'm listening to music from "The Lord of the Rings": The Breaking of the Fellowship.

Well, here's a surprise, the music is depressing. I guess there aren't many songs with "break" in the title that are happy. Anyway, the music is getting me all moody and sad, which isn't action appropriate because I'm just sitting at my computer looking for jobs. I mean, I'm not looking at photos, or listening to memory-associated songs or anything else like that. I'm entering search queries with words like "linux" and "technical writer".

But entering queries gets pretty damn emotional when your listening to "The Breaking of the Fellowship" and have had too much coffee.

Looking for a job is as much tedious as it is neccesary! I feel for you, maybe a change in music is required? Something a bit more upbeat! Good luck, hope you find something! If not have good dance around, shake the cobwebs

Yeah, I need to switch to happier music. Actually, I just listened to a few Brady Bunch songs. Sure, they're annoying, but they're about as far from pessimistic as you can get.
