Apparently not! Now come clean, is this really Dan Rather?

I give it as much credence as a typical "hate crime" incident. You know the ones I'm talking about. The hoaxes that happen far more often than the real thing.

Okay if the GOP is passing this around it doesn't make sense. The GOP needs as many votes as they can get. Actually both parties do to make it a definite win. I can totally see the Kerry/Edwards campaign passing these around.

Last time I heard more African Americans are voting Republican this time than last time because they are tired of being taken for granted and some other reasons as well.
If the Reps did this than it would only be logical that the Dems will follow suit.
Whether you take the 'right' path or the 'left' path neither is the 'correct' path
PLINKO!!

I agree this is disgusting.
For once, you didn't try to claim the Republicans or conservatives or Bush supporters did it. Maybe we're finally getting through to you, blogic.
Cheers,

Funny, Daiwa.
There are things openly linked to the Republicans. For example, the Repubs are perfectly open that they plan to challenge tens of thousands of voters in Ohio and Florida, even though that's an unprecedented use of the "challenge" law -- and not surprisingly they're planning to do nearly all their challenges in urban Democratic districts. It appears that they are deliberately targetting black neighborhoods, which would be illegal for the same reason that "redlining" is. In other words, if the Republicans have come up with a screening system that de facto means that almost only blacks get challenged, the law says that screening system is evidence of racism.
This flyer is just a flyer being handed out in black Milwaukee neighborhoods. I have no idea who's handing it out.

Take your blinders off. The Dems are planning exactly what you talking about.. And have openly stated such.

I think it's great that folks think the answer is not to educate the voter but to dissenfrachise the voter by saying if they believe this, then they're too stupid to vote.
I think if you believe there is a real link between 9/11 and Saddam Hussein you're too stupid to vote, how's that?

I'm always there for

references.
As I've said, the Republicans are doing something unprecedent in trying to challenge tens of thousands of voters in Michigan, Ohio, and Florida. No one has thought of using the law like that before. Now, you may think it's perfectly legitimate, but it's certainly not business as usual.
The mass challenges are only planned for districts with high percentages of black voters. I mean, if the Republicans are so concerned about voter fraud, why are they only doing this in heavily Democratic black districts? Why, in Florida, when Jeb Bush tries to keep ex-felons from voting, does it just accidently happen that Democratic-voting blacks are blocked, but Republican-voting latinos are not?
As I've mentioned before, the Bush campaign knows that
if minority turnout is as high as it was in 2000, Kerry will be the next President of the United States
. The Bush campaign knows this and they're pulling out all the stops to keep these votes from being cast.

Oh, no, as I've been informed lately, Republicans LOVE black people. They just DON'T understand WHY black people won't VOTE for them. DEMOCRATS are the REAL racists in America! *laughs*
Has Dr. Guy accused every liberal here of being Dan Rather yet? Isn't it time for him to invest in a new joke?
